Partnerships between two or more schools or colleges are becoming more common, particularly at college level where a single institution may not be able to offer a wide enough range of courses to provide students with enough choice. With students attending classes over two or more sites, how do you accurately record attendance and behavioral details in real-time?
School MI is a web-based solution specifically designed for managing pupil roll information across multiple sites.
As the system is web-based, it can be viewed or updated from any location within the school partnership, or indeed from any location with access to the Internet, for example, a field trip or away day.
This means that roll call and pupil information submitted from separate sites can be accessed and used immediately by the central administrators.
We initially developed School MI in partnership with a local confederation of schools, and the input we received was invaluable in customizing the product to meet schools' and colleges' specific needs.
